Terms of Service

By accessing our website (alphaclickz.com) or engaging AlphaClickz for digital marketing, website development, video editing, or paid advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our platform or engage our agency deliverables.

AlphaClickz provides digital growth solutions including custom website builds, SEO strategy, Google Ads management, Meta Ads execution, and social media production. Each project is governed by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or invoice defining:

• Specific technical milestones, revision rounds, and delivery schedules.
• Ad spend budgets allocated directly to third-party ad platforms (Google, Meta).
• Clear deliverable bounds to prevent uncontrolled project scope creep.

To ensure sprint timelines are maintained, clients agree to provide necessary assets (brand logos, hosting access, ad account authorizations, and review feedback) in a prompt manner. Delays in asset submission or feedback directly impact delivery schedules without breaching our performance commitments.

Upon full settlement of all project invoices and milestone payments, all custom website design assets, written copy, and edited video files produced specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client. AlphaClickz retains the right to display non-confidential project visuals and metrics in agency case studies and execution portfolios.

Project milestone payments and monthly retainer fees must be fulfilled according to invoice schedules. All advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed directly by the respective platforms to the client's registered billing accounts and is independent of AlphaClickz management fees.

We operate on transparent, outcome-oriented agreements. Ongoing growth retainers may be paused or discontinued by either party with a written 14-day notice, provided all work completed up to the date of termination is fully reconciled.

While AlphaClickz executes industry-standard best practices in website optimization, media buying, and SEO, digital ad platforms and search engine ranking algorithms operate outside our direct control. AlphaClickz is not liable for third-party platform policy shifts, account suspensions caused by external factors, or consequential business losses.
